- Our visitors to Canada insurance is available for visiting friends and relatives, also for landed immigrants awaiting coverage under a Government health insurance plan and for individuals in Canada on a student or work visa.
- Our visitors plan also covers trips to the USA of 30 days or less providing the trip originates and terminates in Canada. USA visits must also be less than 50% of the total period insured with us.
- If insurance is purchased before entering Canada, there will be no waiting period for sickness coverage and we will even provide coverage during your uninterrupted flight to Canada.

- Emergency Medical Insurance covers you for up to $5,000,000 CAD of covered expenses incurred by you as a result of medical attention required by you during your trip.
- Family coverage – all applicants MUST reside at the same address and be under age 55. Dependents under age 21 can be included at no additional premium.
- Companion Discount – the discount is 5% per insured
- The minimum policy premium is $20.00 CAD

Are you applying for a super visa?
The Government of Canada created a program that allows the parents or grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents to apply for a multi-entry visa that provides multiple entries for a period of up to 10 years. To be eligible, applicants are required to have private health insurance coverage for the duration of time spent in Canada under the “super visa”. Read more

Dates of coverage can be changed depending on your travel plans. The insurance is required prior to visa issuance; therefore many people require date changes.
If the visa is denied and coverage is no longer required prior to the effective date, a full refund will be issued. If the policy has already begun and a refund is required, a full refund will be issued minus a $25 administration fee.
We recommend that all Visitors to Canada clients purchase at least $50,000 worth of coverage. However, if the person falls into an older age category, it is best to purchase a product that will give the highest level of coverage possible. Our insurance plans will cover medical expenses with coverage limits ranging from $10,000 up to $300,000, regardless of the age.
